Demographics While Plymouth’s growth is slowing, the community continues to see population increases. The most recent estimate from the Metropolitan Council puts Plymouth's population at 75,452 as of April 1, 2016. The Metropolitan Council estimates that the number of households in Plymouth is 30,434. under age 18 and 1.5% of those age 65 or over.
